Blues Lyrics 

 

It seems fitting that we try to create a blues lyric that would express how you feel about Covid 19, social distancing,  being at home......  The blues can be sad in its idea but it can also be about helping to sing the blues away.

The blues begins with a feeling, a disappointment or a sadness we have all known in one way or another.

​

   " I woke up this mornin' and saw the morning news"

​

If we sing this statement in a blues structure, it changes from a statement to the beginning of a story.

In the Blues your opening statement will be repeated

Your third line will be new and complete your opening idea. It is a rhyming line
